Of Skating, Les Miserables and Flying!

It was decided that after we submitted our Architectural Graphics compiled works, we're going to the Sunway Pyramid to skate.

.... and by the time we were done with submission was around 5 o'clock. But the beauty of it is we still going anyway.

We arrived at Sunway Pyramid sometime around 6.30 p.m. after a horrible ride on a run-down bus (which is my fault, plus there's no cab at that time), we got off somewhere, took separate cabs to the mall.

Since I'm flying tomorrow I decided not to join them. Who wants to walk around the huge airport with sore arms and legs? Assuming I'm going to fall every 5 seconds, which is for sure.

So, I just stood somewhere close and took pictures... :D

Syamilian!!

Mission accomplished!!
We head towards the cinema to get movie tickets, Les Miserables and as the movie's showtime was at 10.45 p.m., we head down to Carl's Jr. to get dinner.

Aww!!! Never thought we could see that again! Bromance 2.0!

Syamil! Open your eyes, ah!

First group photo. Yep. This is it.

I got to say. The diner is awesome! Definitely gonna come and visit next time we're here. We can even study while getting dirty (while eating, duh) here!

Before we head towards the cinema, me, Mimi and Syira went for a little karaoke time at K-Box. It's the first time for me so it's rather funny. The song collection was a bit outdated but we didn't care. Haha

Les Miserables. Where to start. Of course, it goes without saying that musical ain't everyone's thing. Yes, papa. I know you agree with me.

I know about French Revolution for a bit but this movie just I don't know what words to use in order to describe it.

Love, hardship, sacrifice, distance, truth, law, dilemma, I could go on and on as this movie is all wrap in one. The movie set is beyond awesomeness with all the details and colours, and as we're watching it in the cinema, we got the chance to catch every attractive moment on the big screen.

I think it's safe to say that watching that movie is like watching the montages of our moments for the past 4 months. Studio, design, written exams, not forgetting friendships, complications, challenges, negativity, motivation, and most importantly, perseverance.

When Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) did a number on French Revolution once for audition for the lead in national, I think it was in Glee season 2, I really think it was great. But when Eponine (Samantha Barks) did that number, I was breathless. ... and somehow makes me think that I can relate to her. Okay, let's not get off topic here.

Anyway, I won't be surprise to see the cast of this movie nominated in the upcoming Golden Globe Awards cause overall, the movie is just awesome. Beyond awesomeness.

After the movie, we took a cab to KL Sentral and we realized that it was already 2 in the morning.

We decided to catch the first train to Gombak which was at 6.05 a.m. so in order to kill some time, we did 'Spin the Bottle' at McDonald. Though you guys might have your own version of that game, no. It wasn't like any of that. It's our own version. But what more can I say, cause what's been said at McD, stays at McD. Hehe

Arrived in campus at almost 7, we went back to our respective mahallahs and I slept for almost 2 hours before getting up and cleaned the whole room within 3 hours as I need to be at the airport at least before 3 p.m. Thank God as my big bro came to pick me up and sent me to the airport.

.... and here I am, sitting at Starbucks, half an hour before boarding time, thinking about what happened the past 24 hours.

I really hope I can come back to KL with the same feelings I have today and see my fellow mates before continuing my journey as an architecture student at KAED, IIUM next semester.
